I love your website and it is so beautiful! I look at it often & link to it. And the Hafiz you post is also beautiful - But please say that it is Daniel Ladinsky writing as Hafiz, not a translation. Daniel Ladinsky publicly has written and stated that he gets inspiration or poems from being spoken to in dreams, and prays over the work - this is not a secret - His so-called translations or versions, not only of Hafiz but also other saints, are not translations, there is no historical equivalent in the original language. Ladinsky's work is deeply spiritual and beautiful, but not translated from the sources that are listed. Thank you.
