Enjoyable talk, thoughtful presentation. Being an introvert, it has taken years (maybe 65) to feel comfortable with others, and I'm still not there. It isn't just shyness but the need for calmness, quietness, being with others in a way that has some depth, and there is the need for time to regenerate emotionally and cognitively after the social interactions. The social behavior is fun and stimulating, but the creativity and understanding, which are primary, are done when I'm alone.
